Regional Certification Offices
Regional Certification offices are operated by Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) and a limited number of offices are open to the public. You should telephone in advance to determine availability. Their Certification specialists can advise on requirements for Certification, evaluate credentials, and offer expedited processing of applications.
