Webpage: Topics A-Z
We highly recommend reviewing the Office of Teaching Initiatives (OTI) website before calling or sending an email, which may have the answers to your questions.
Please allow up to two weeks for a response. Sending multiple emails will only slow down our response times.
In addition, please do not send a separate email if you have submitted your question through the Contact Form.
TEACH technical help
Webpage: TEACH Services
At this time, OTI is only able to process TEACH technical requests electronically by email and not by phone.
Phone Information
Phone number: 518-474-3901
Since OTI typically receives a high volume of phone calls, you may experience a wait time of one hour or longer on the phone. If you call OTI, please log into your account TEACH before talking with the staff member and be prepared to take notes on paper or on your computer or other electronic device.

The Office of Teaching Initiatives (OTI) does not accept visitors. A box is available at the security desk to drop-off documents. The documents are collected from the box once a day. An OTI staff member will not meet with you to receive your documents in-person. If your documents are acceptable, then they will be placed in line to be entered into TEACH; they will not be processed more quickly than documents sent through mail or email. Official transcripts must be in a sealed envelope from the institution of higher education. Workshop certificates must be fully completed and signed by the instructor. |
