Description |
A certificate of this type is issued as the advanced-level certificate for School Administrator/Supervisors through the certificate progression pathway. It is only issued to individuals who held a Provisional certificate and who complete the requirements for a Permanent certificate in that same title within the lifetime of the Provisional (which includes any time extension or renewal issued to qualified individuals). |
Validity |
Valid for life, unless revoked or suspended for cause by the New York State Education Department. |

$50 based on completion of a New York State approved program |
