Eligibility Requirements for the Endorsement Pathway

• The time period in which candidates may complete their three years of experience has been extended from five to seven years.
  
  
• Experience will now be accepted from multiple states, allowing candidates who worked in more than one state during their three years of experience to be eligible for this pathway.
  
  
• The evaluation ratings of effective or highly effective can now occur in any three years of experience and not necessarily the three most recent years of teaching experience. Updated information about this pathway can be found on our Applicants from Other States webpage.
