Submitting Supporting Documentation for College Coursework or Post-Secondary Teaching Experience
All documentation supporting college coursework and/or post-secondary teaching experience must be submitted directly by the institution of higher education.
Documentation submitted by the applicant will not be accepted.

The documentation must be submitted by the authorized sender(s) detailed above from their official IHE email address to TCERT@nysed.gov, and it must include the candidate’s full name (as it appears in TEACH) and either the candidate’s date of birth or the last four digits of their SSN. It must also be on official IHE letterhead and in PDF format to be acceptable.
