Temporary Coaching License 1st Renewal
If you held a Temporary Coaching license, this is the next level license in the same sport as the Temporary Coaching License.
- Workshop - Child Abuse Identification
- Workshop - School Violence Intervention and Prevention
- Workshop - Training in Harassment, Bullying, Cyberbullying, and Discrimination in Schools: Prevention and Intervention (DASA training)
- Fingerprint Clearance
- School District Recommendation
- If it has been more than five years since your Temporary license in the same sport was issued, you must submit verification of following coursework:
- Health Sciences of Coaching,
- Philosophy, Principles and Organization of Athletics in Education, and
- Sport-specific Theory and Techniques.
Verification of completed coursework may be a certificate of completion, an official transcript, a course equivalent letter
, or a National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) Accredited Interscholastic Coach (AIC) Level 1 certificate and Certified Interscholastic Coach Certificate (CIC) Level 2 certificate and Internship Evaluation Information Form .
Note: Verification of completion or enrollment in a Philosophy, Principles and Organizations of Athletics in Education course is required for the 2nd-4th renewal. Submit verification of completion or enrollment in a Philosophy, Principles and Organizations of Athletics in Education course.
