A license of this type is issued specific to the sport being coached, to a person appropriately qualified, who has coached under three temporary licenses.

Valid for three years and can be renewed for additional three year periods.

$50 per sport

No this certificate is NOT printed at the time of issuance.
Verify this certification in the TEACH System.
Holders of this type of license may apply for a printed license.
