List of Acceptable Types of Certificates

The links below list out-of-state certificates that are acceptable for the issuance of a NYS Conditional Initial certificate through Interstate Reciprocity.

In addition to possessing a valid certificate from another state, you must meet the requirements outlined in the Applicants from Other States (Interstate Reciprocity) page.

To determine if your certificate is acceptable, please click on the letter that corresponds with your state.  If your certificate is not listed, it may be a new certificate type that has not yet been added to our database.
