No, I have not received an offer of employment from a public school district.

Unfortunately, if your application status in TEACH is “Ready for Review,” all required documentation has been received in the office and you have not received a bona fide offer of employment from a public school district, there is little an applicant can do but wait for the Office of Teaching Initiatives to process the application and complete the evaluation of your credentials. In these situations, we recommend that applicants periodically check their account to see if a certificate has been issued or some deficiency correspondence has been generated and the status of your certificate application changes.

In the meantime, should you receive an offer of employment from a local public school district, you may wish to have the district request expedited review of your application. Or, if you still have any certification-related questions, you may wish to check out our extensive listing of Certification Questions for additional information.
