License Symbol
Pursuant to Section 5009(c) of the Education Law as amended by Chapter 434 of the Laws of 1999, the Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS) has developed and issued a "symbol" to indicate that licensed and registered proprietary schools have in fact achieved that status. The symbol below can be copied by right-clicking the mouse button and following the instructions regarding how to save an image.
Only licensed or registered proprietary schools may use this symbol in their advertising, promotional material, or letterhead. The symbol can be copied and reproduced in its original form by schools licensed or registered by BPSS.
