Attached are the draft meeting minutes for the Advisory Council session held on November 28, 2001.

A benchmarking sub-committee meeting has been scheduled for January 9, 2002 and the next full Advisory Council session is set for Thursday, January 24, 2002. Both meetings will be held at the BPSS-NYC offices at 116 West 32^nd Street, 14^th Floor, New York, New York. A formal invitation to the next Advisory Council meeting will be sent out by BPSS in the beginning of January 2002.

One of the critical topics discussed by the AC at this last meeting was reform of Part 126 of Commissioner’s Regulations. Attached is a copy of the draft of various proposals considered by the Council. Please note that this draft language is not necessarily supported by or the position of SED, but simply used as a basis to initiate discussions by the Council.

The Advisory Council is still in the process of reviewing these provisions and is considering supporting additional and/or alternate language. The AC is soliciting and would appreciate comments from the field in regards to this matter. Comments should be submitted prior to the next AC meeting. You can submit your materials to:
