A Certificate of Completion is to be awarded to each student completing a course or curriculum. It is to reflect the name and address of the institution, the student’s name, the course/curriculum, number of hours, and the date of completion. Copies of the certificate of completion are to be kept in the student’s academic file. The certificate of completion is critical in assisting students upon school closure.
