SCHOOL MOVE
FACT SHEET

During the period of validity of a license or registration, no change shall be made in any item for which approval was provided. Changing the location of a school requires prior approval by the Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS). The following items must be submitted, in duplicate, before a school moves to a different location:

BPSS Application for Approval - Quarters and supporting documentation.

Checklist for Completing School Move, including a current list of active personnel.

Updates of the school catalog, enrollment agreements, and other school forms to reflect the new school address.

After the move has taken place, an amended school license/registration and personnel licenses will be generated for the school.
